Wine tourism

Native to French-speaking Switzerland, Chasselas is undoubtedly the region's king grape variety. An excellent table grape, this variety also lends itself wonderfully to wine-making. It has been cultivated in Lavaux since the 16th century and produces fine, powerful, mineral and full-bodied whites that are highly marked by their terroir.

In Lavaux, a terraced vineyard listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the culture of vines and wine has been rooted in the land for a thousand years. A long and beautiful history that continues to be written today, like a permanent dialogue between nature and man. A fascinating universe to discover in 1001 ways.
