Sylvain Cochand's credo is to help as many people as possible discover the joys of water sports. Paddle, kayak, pedalo, boat, water-ski, wakeboard or towed buoy - in Montreux or Villeneuve, everyone can find the most suitable way to have fun on the lake in complete safety. Nautic Loisirs also offers courses to obtain a sailing or powerboat licence, as well as sailing courses for children during the summer.

What is the philosophy behind Nautic Loisirs?
With my daughter, who runs Nautic Loisirs in Villeneuve, our aim is to pass on our passion in a relaxed, family atmosphere.

Of course we do! It's important to explain a few safety rules, but we also like to share our experience, give advice and show the right moves.

So anyone can take up paddling thanks to you?
Almost, yes! That said, it's not necessarily easy to find the right balance at first. In terms of accessibility, the kayak seems to me to be pretty ideal.

The two Nautic Loisirs are ideally located in Villeneuve and Montreux. By the way, the latter has one of the most beautiful terraces in the whole town. Perfect for those who simply want to enjoy an ice cream without getting wet!
