This program is designed for staff in direct contact with visitors (reception, food service, concierge).

The objectives are to:

  • Build a welcoming, sustainable, and inspiring destination
  • Provide local stakeholders with the tools to welcome, inform, and inspire at every touchpoint
  • Unite partners around a shared vision and strengthen the sense of regional belonging
  • Encourage collaboration and the sharing of experiences among tourism stakeholders
  • Promote the destination and improve its perceived quality

Montreux Riviera Insiders

Transform your hospitality teams into true destination ambassadors 

Montreux Riviera Insiders is a training programme designed for staff in contact with visitors (reception, concierge, food & beverage, welcome, sales and customer experience). 

Its goal: to help teams better discover the destination, enhance their hospitality skills and offer a higher-quality, consistent and sustainable experience to visitors. 

The programme is entirely free during its launch phase, thanks to the support of Montreux-Vevey Tourisme and Promove. 

For establishments, this is the opportunity to:

  • strengthen customer satisfaction
  • recognise and value hospitality teams
  • develop a shared destination culture
  • generate more recommendations and local experiences
