The activity of the Fonjallaz family in the vineyards of Lavaux dates back to the 16th century and is the oldest family business in Switzerland. Patrick Fonjallaz, representative of the thirteenth generation, is the current owner of the winery. The Domaine offers the possibility of hosting aperitifs and dinners on its splendid terrace which offers a magnificent view of the terraced vineyards and the lake. It also has a fully equipped conference room and hosts memorable weddings, whether for an outdoor civil ceremony under the arbour with breathtaking views, dinner or a cocktail reception.
