Thomas Neeser

Passionate about cooking since his childhood in Burgerroth, a small village located halfway between Frankfurt and Nuremberg, Thomas Neeser learned the trade in the most prestigious palaces in France and Germany. He arrived at the Grand Hôtel du Lac in 2009 and offers inspired, sincere and creative cuisine: "There is no single recipe for making a dish, even a simple one, and this is one of my favourite aspects of the profession!". A credo that has been rewarded since 2011 with 16 Gault & Millau points and 1 Michelin star.
