Villeneuve - Ile de Peilz - Plage des Grangettes with Stand Up Paddle

From the quays of Villeneuve, you'll soon spot the intriguing Île de Peilz, topped by a monumental century-old plane tree. Located around 500 metres from the shore, it's a great target for experienced paddlers. Next, head for the Grangettes beach. On the way, you'll pass along the eponymous nature reserve, a veritable sanctuary for the 250 or so species of birds that nest there. Please respect their tranquillity and continue on to the beach for a well-deserved break.
