This 20-km trail running route with 1,300 m of elevation gain connects Glion with the heights above Montreux via forest and mountain trails. A shorter 15-km / 900 m elevation gain option is also available from Caux.

Practical info
Some sections, particularly towards Pra Forney, can be challenging in winter. The Gorges du Chauderon are not part of the year-round route due to winter closures.
