Doctor Gab's Brewery

Founded in 2001 by three childhood friends, the 100% independent Dr Gab's brewery is one of the pioneers of craft beer in western Switzerland. Now based in Puidoux, Dr Gab's distributes its character beers to connoisseurs throughout Switzerland. The tour of the brewery offers an insight into the unique Dr Gab's universe. From the brewing barrel to the bottling, including a befitting tasting, you will learn everything about the production of beer as well as the little tricks and funny anecdotes of the good doctor. All this in a warm, familiar and welcoming environment!
