On a rocky island on the shores of Lake Geneva, the Chillon Castle is the most visited monument in Switzerland. Many artists and writers were inspired by this medieval fortress, such as Jean-Jacques Rousseau, Victor Hugo and Lord Byron, author of the famous poem «The Prisoner of Chillon» (1816). Chillon is also a perfect place to organise banquets, dinners, themed evenings or an aperitifs. It can accommodate up to 650 people.
