Discovering the Maison Cailler

In Broc, not far from the Maison du Gruyère, there is the chocolate factory Cailler (Nestlé). You can discover the history and the process of making chocolate through an interactive audio-visual tour. By criss-crossing the factory, you can appreciate the sweet smell of chocolate and you can even taste a few pieces and… perhaps bring it back with you! If you are a food lover, you can also participate in a chocolate workshop.
