The Tour de Gourze is a remnant of a medieval watchtower that was built between the 9th and 11th centuries in what is now the commune of Bourg-en-Lavaux. It is about 9 metres high and offers a splendid view of Lake Geneva and the Pre-Alps. The Tour de Gourze restaurant is located a hundred metres below.
