The "Le 3C" restaurant offers Alpine cuisine, based on seasonal, quality produce from the Alpine arc. From the Maritime Alps to Trieste, via Switzerland and Austria, the cuisine will take you on a light-hearted journey. Our collaboration with "1 CHF pour le climat" (1 CHF for the climate) enables us to offer a carbon-neutral menu, offsetting each dish by financing the planting of trees and encouraging environmentally-friendly agriculture. We welcome you every day, with a breathtaking view of the lake and the Alps, in a cosy atmosphere and a "Belle Epoque" spirit.
