After more than twenty years spent in the kitchens of the Auberge du Raisin, in Cully, Chef Peter Hasler has taken over the legendary Café de Riex. He specialises in showcasing local produce by working primarily with local farmers and artisans. With the café menu and the fresh market menu, the chef likes to surprise his guests with some favourites of his own.
Tastefully refurbished with a warm wooden décor and antique furniture, both dining rooms at Café de Riex feature the old world charm of the Swiss cafés of yesteryear.
