The Bon Rivage Hotel in Tour-de-Peilz (between Vevey and Montreux) has been welcoming guests since 1864. The recently renovated restaurant has taken the name of Garden on the Lake, which fits the green terrace at the waterfront perfectly.

The hotel-restaurant strives to change regularly to continue to surprise its guests. Its newly renovated restaurant is now called Garden on the Lake. It combines modernity and the timeless charm of the shores of Lake Geneva.
On the menu card: above all lakefish in the form of soups and dishes, coming directly from the Lake Geneva fisheries. Crustaceans and sea fish are also served whole or in the form of tartar, one of the restaurant’s specialties. Offering about fifteen wines served by the glass, the wine card invites guests to discover the terroirs here and elsewhere. In the evening and at weekends, three- to four-course menus delight gourmets.
