Montreux-native Antonin Guex has updated the menu to include more fresh and flavoursome local produce. While giving pride of place to fish, it still serves traditional brasserie staples such as: veal cooled in paillards or Zurich-style; French-style grilled rib steak and beef stroganoff.
In addition to giving the menu a complete overhaul, the restaurant's new welcoming décor cleverly blends retro and contemporary features so it feels like a typical Parisian brasserie. During fine weather, the restaurant opens onto the street and allows you to enjoy the good life that the Riviera is renowned for.
