Offering an exceptional welcome in Vevey, the Hôtel des Trous Couronnes combines high hospitality tradition with the modernity of a proactive region. Its spa is as reputed as its restaurants. The gourmet restaurant headed by Chef Lionel Rodriguez has been rewarded by Michelin and GaultMillau.
The Hôtel des Trois Couronnes is a true haven of peace, combining beauty, relaxation and discovery. As one of Switzerland’s three oldest palaces and a member of the Leading Hotels of the World, this hotel has kept its initial decor while adding a modern touch in its 71 bright rooms (including 25 suites and junior suites), two restaurants, a rewarded cuisine and the exclusive Puressens Spa. It is ideally located in Vevey, directly on the shores of Lake Geneva in the heart of the Swiss riviera. The stunning and constantly changing view of the Alps combines with contemporary comfort at less than an hour from Geneva Airport and only 5 minutes from the historical centre of Vevey as well as near the Gruyères region and the Lavaux UNESCO vineyards.
In a setting marked by the prestige of Hôtel des Trois Couronnes, Chef Lionel Rodriguez offers his new creations that combine local products with a touch of the south and have earned him one Michelin star and 16 GaultMillau points. The menu card is renewed more than ten times a year depending on product availability on the market. The 3C, which is the second restaurant in the hotel, is a place to enjoy an aperitif or an informal meal. Its concept is based on a local and international menu card as well as on mezze-type food (shared dishes). In the warmer season, the beautiful hotel terrace complements this enchanting setting.
