In Corseaux above Vevey, the Hôtellerie de Chatonneyre has been modernized and turned into an address to be discovered without delay! A few guest rooms and a conference room complement the restaurant and its “bistronomic” style.
The gastronomes of the legendary GaultMillau guide - who recently awarded 13 points to the establishment - think that the Hôtellerie de Chatonneyre could well be the ideal bistro. Great praise for this recently renovated hotel and restaurant. Particular attention was paid to the decoration of the hotel: a very refined design in shades of anthracite and gold.
The card is short, but this guarantees the freshness of the dishes. Meats and fish are cooked to perfection and the desserts are a dream: for example their coffee ice cream combined with black chocolate and caramel mousse. At lunchtime, the dish of the day can be enjoyed at a reasonable price with a salad as a starter or with a fuller “business lunch” formula.
