The Fischer family grows its grape varieties at Domaine des Papillons in Coinsins (La Côte AOC) and at Domaine des Côteaux in Belmont (Lavaux AOC). Visitors’ favourite, however, is their Domaine St-Amour in Bourg-en-Lavaux. Not only because of the poetic name but also for the winetouristic reception infrastructure.
