Elected as “discovery of the year 2015” by the prestigious GaultMillau guide, Chef Mathieu Bruno returned home and took over this restaurant in Chardonne, which he baptised Là-Haut. A good name for this exceptional site offering a breathtaking panorama and high-end cuisine.
Located near the Alps, this restaurant invites epicureans to a gourmet excursion. From noon to midnight, the subtle cuisine of Chef Mathieu Bruno forms a creative and joyful fusion between trends and traditions.
Seasonal cuisine and regional products meet the fine flavours of the East for more surprises and more delights. The menu card of the Restaurant Là-Haut is relatively small: a dozen dishes based on the seasons and market availability. In the evening, these dishes are offered in a large gourmet menu and, at noon, as a three-course business lunch.
During the summer season, the unrestricted view of Lake Geneva and the Alps is an additional delight!
