From Jaman to the Rochers-de-Naye, two routes are possible depending on the weather conditions and the opening of the paths:
- The first one crosses the Naye caves, a 170-metre-long steep passage alternating between narrow (and slippery) passages and wide caves, and requires full equipment (helmet, headlamp and good shoes).
- The second, called the "Ladder Trail", is a succession of steep stairs on the side of the cliff. Not recommended for people prone to vertigo, but does not require special equipment.
