From the vineyards to the wine
For nine centuries the fascinating terraced vineyards of Lavaux (UNESCO World Heritage Site) have been maintained from generation to generation with the passion of the winegrowers’ families.
Meet one of them and make your modest contribution to maintaining this human heritage in its every day tasks. Then, savour the fruit of your work and taste the authentic interaction between the wine and the human.
This morning full of discoveries with a winegrower consists of: working in the vineyards or in the wine cellar (depending the season), visiting the domain, wine tasting with a small light meal and wine bottle as a gift.
