From the vineyards to the wine
Since nine centuries the fascinating terraced vineyards of Lavaux (UNESCO World Heritage Site) are maintained from generation to generation with the passion of some winegrowers’ families.
Meet one of them and bring your modest contribution in maintaining this human heritage in their every day tasks. Then, savour the fruit of your work and taste the authentic share between the wine and the human.
This morning full of discoveries with a winegrower consists of: working in the vineyards or in the wine cellar (depending the season), visit of the domain, wine tasting with a small light meal and wine bottle as a gift.
