You will often find top-quality local produce such as cheese and chocolate used in the weekly menu dishes. We are lucky to have wonderful food producers in the area of Montreux.
The restaurant stocks a wide selection of exciting wines from around the world. In addition, we have a good selection of local wines – most of them little known outside of Switzerland. Our waiters are extremely knowledgeable, and will be delighted to advise on food and wine pairing.
