"When we took over the restaurant in 1998, we were 3 meters under the snow", admits without laughing Christian Mathey, the man who manages the restaurant with his wife Claudia. According to Christian, spending three years in an Hilton in Australia and many additional years in several local restaurants in Switzerland gave him the right taste of culinary art. For Claudia, three years and a half in Asia brought her the sense of welcome and hospitality.
