Present in Montreux since 1996, ESL is one of the leading Swiss schools in the teaching of French as a Foreign Language . The quality of the services of ESL is recognised through numerous lables (Eaquals, label Q, member of AVDEP and FSEP).

Besides the company’s head office, Montreux is also home to the adults school (from 16 years), open throughout the year for French as a Foreign Language courses (in groups or one-to-one, Swiss and international public). ESL Montreux is also an official centre for the recognised TCF and TEF French exams.

During the summer, ESL also organises vacation courses for young people of 14 to 17 years in Montreux. These courses combine the learning of French as a Foreign Language with a rich sports, cultural and touristic programme.

The ESL students who take courses in Montreux stay in host families, apartments or hotels.

The Montreux head office also manages the activities of the other ESL course centres in Switzerland – juniors centres in Zug, Ascona, Leysin – in Germany – juniors centre in Westerwald – in France – juniors centre in Valbonne s/Cannes and the adults school in Lyon (from 18 years).

Like that of Montreux, the ESL school in Lyon (member of the SOUFFLE association) is specialised in the teaching of French as a Foreign Language and is a TCF exam centre. The FLE label attributed by the French Ministry of Education attests to the quality offered.
