Glion Institute of Higher Education (GIHE) educates young adults looking for an international career in the hospitality, tourism, events, sports and entertainment industries.
The “Glion spirit” provides an education based on theory and practice offering stimulating academic programs in an international university environment, with students coming from 97 nationalites. GIHE educates the leaders of tomorrow for the hospitality, tourism, events, sports and entertainment industries.
To achieve the high expectations of these industries, GIHE proposes programmes accredited at a university level by NEASC (New England Association of Schools and Colleges, USA):
Educational programmes proposed by GIion are supported by international hospitality chains (eg. Accor, Four Seasons, Hilton, Hyatt, Intercontinental) who come each semester to recruit our students.
Glion again ranked among the top hospitality management schools worldwide. In a global survey of 5-star hotel hiring managers, Glion was ranked number 2 among all international hospitality management schools for an international career. Statistically, three institutes occupy this ranking position. (TNS Global Survey, September 2010).
